Launched last year, this is the FINEX Academy’s flagship program – designed and delivered by CFOs for CFOs, including CFOs-to-be and senior business executives who want to leverage their partnership with CFOs/Finance.
Participants in this course will go through a development journey that leverages a deep and incisive analysis and application of the Four Faces of the CFO – Strategist, Catalyst, Steward, and Operator – at the most senior levels of companies and organizations. These Four Faces are the criteria we use to select our annual CFO of the Year awardees. And these faces capture the diverse and evolving dimensions of the CFO role, shedding light on the critical areas where finance leaders can make a significant impact.
This course is the highest of a three-stage masterclass that supports the development needs of financial executives across six key themes: Leadership, Governance, Sustainability, Technology, Business Partnering, and People. The three stages are the Emerging, Executive, and Senior Finance Leadership Programs.
We have partnered with P&A Grant Thornton and reputable learning institutions: DLSU School of Lifelong Learning, Institute of Corporate Directors, Management Strategies, Roadmaps+Beyond, and Benchmark Consulting to deliver this one-of-a-kind development program.
What sets our program apart is its unique value proposition: lectures are supplemented by interactive discussions on the real-life experiences and insights of the FINEX Faculty consisting of seasoned CFOs, some of whom are past CFO of the Year awardees and CFOs-turned-CEOs, FINEX Past Presidents and FINEX members who are established Finance practitioners and experts in their fields.
It will run for six (6) weeks with 12 sessions mostly virtual except for the orientation, graduation, and a few selected sessions.
