Aside from being the CFO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Treasurer, Toti also leads the Ayala Land group of firms as Director of AREIT, Inc. and Treasurer of Ayala Land Logistics Holdings Corp.

He is currently Head of Philippines Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at CLSA and President and CEO of CLSA Exchange Capital, Inc, and has worked on over 100 capital markets and mergers & acquisitions mandates worth over US$ 14.0Bn in total. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the President & CEO of CIMB Bancom Capital where he started the Philippine investment banking business of CIMB.
Paolo is concurrently an Adjunct Professor at the Asian Institute of Management, where he teaches courses in Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Sustainable Business Models, and Entrepreneurial Finance & Valuation. He previously taught at the Ateneo de Manila University J. Gokongwei School of Management, the University of the Philippines School of Economics and Department of Sociology, and at Robert Morris College in Chicago, Illinois.
Paolo has a BS (cum laude) & MA Economics from the University of the Philippines School of Economics and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he graduated at the top of his class with a perfect 4.0 GPA. John B. Balce is a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Finance practice of FTI Consulting Philippines, Inc. He is also currently an adjunct faculty at the Asian Institute of Management teaching managerial accounting and financial management.

Over the past eighteen years, Mr. Balce has had extensive experience in transaction advisory, corporate and debt restructuring, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, financial modelling and financial model review. He has assisted in several cross-border engagements in the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore. He has been involved in projects across a range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, real estate, banking, outsourcing, electronics, mining, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Balce was an Associate Director at Ferrier Hodgson. His career started in the Corporate Finance group of SGV / Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services, Inc. in Manila.
Mr. Balce finished his Executive Masters in Business Administration, with honors, at the Asian Institute of Management. He graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of the Philippines – Diliman with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA charterholder. He is the current Vice-Chair of the JFINEX Committee of the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines. On top of having a degree in Psychology from the Philippine Normal University, Mharicar is also a chartered business administrator and has earned several HR certifications in compensation and benefits, Labor Relations and Talent Acquisition. Mharicar began her career in an HR consulting and headhunting firm. Ten years later, she rose to become its Chief Operating Officer. Later on, she became Director of HR Shared Services of the said company, serving for almost five years. In 2015, she took over Asticom as General Manager and three years later, became President and CEO up to the present.

Antonio Ramon Ongsiako
On a Thursday morning on March 5, many years ago, Tonyboy was born to Edmundo “Baby” de la Paz Ongsiako, Sr. and Hideliza “Delly” Paraiso Tambunting.
When Tonyboy was a toddler, his parents discovered that not only he is a cute toddler but also he is very smart and intelligent. They placed him in a school that would fully utilize his talents. Xavier School, a Jesuit run institution of superior learning was where he finished his elementary and high school.
At the Ateneo de Manila University, Tonyboy enjoyed his college days and studied Economic and History.
Tonyboy started his career as an Account Officer with Planters Development Bank. He then moved to Producers Bank as a Corporate Account Officer (Manager level) and he reported directly to FINEX members Vicente Sarza and Bingo Dejaresco. After a stint in banking and because of the economic situation in the Philippines at that time, he tried his hand in becoming an entrepreneur. He made a bid to become a United States military contractor to operate the Pacific Stars and Stripe Bookstores in Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. Surprisingly, he won the bid and for 3 years operated the Pacific Stars and Stripes Bookstores.
Currently, Tonyboy is the President/CEO of PowerNet Systems Corp, an network solutions provider (www.powernet.com.ph), President/Director in Deed Realty and Development Corp., House of Ongsiako, Inc.,. In early 2012, Tonyboy started negotiations with Generika Drugstore/Actimed for the possible franchise of Generika Drugstore. In September 2012, he partnered with his sister and brother-in-law, Margarita and Emmanuel Tan Climaco to establish Generika Ongsiako and Generika Paraiso. They established their first franchise store in October 2012 and their second franchise store in March 2013. As of October 2015, they have 5 franchise stores in the Eastern Makati area, Villamor, and the Tondo, Manila area. Tonyboy has also invested in several real estate properties such as an office condominium unit in Valero St., Makati City, a commercial space in Sta. Rosa Laguna and several smaller studio/1-bedroom type condominium units for lease.
Business is not only Tonyboy’s interest. He believes in making lives better for our more unfortunate brothers. He became a member of the Rotary Club of Makati South in 1995.
He served in various positions in the Club and was the 2002-2003 President. He is also an Assistant Governor and Deputy Chairman of the Coral Reef-Environment Committee for District 3830 (RY 08-09). He also joined Finex (Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines) in 1998. He joined several committees at Finex; Junior Finex Committee, Membership Committee, Environment Committee and the Programs Committee. He is the 2005 & 2006 Junior Finex Chairman. He was a director (2006 to 2010) and was Executive Vice President of FINEX in 2009. Again, he served in FINEX as Director is 2017, 2018 and as Vice President and Director in 2019 and 2020. He was a Trustee for the FINEX Foundation in 2021 and 2022. Currently, he is a Director of FINEX for 2023-2024.
Tonyboy is a mountaineer and he belongs to the AMCI Mountaineering Club (formerly Ayala Mountaineers) where he served as President in 2004. He is also the 2001, 2007, 2018 Chairman of the Board of Trustees of AMCI. He has also finished two (2) full (42km.) marathons: Pasig River Marathon in 2006 and the Hong Kong Marathon in 2008. In 2002, he finished the AUDAX 200KM cycle ride in March 2022 and in December at Subic 2022.
He is also a National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI) Master Scuba Diver, a certified Nitrox diver, Rescue Diver and a dive professional with a Dive Master (NAUI#49497) certification.
