16 Good Citizenship Values

The FINEX Committee on Good Governance, through its Subcommittee on Voters’ Education, would like to bring to mind the 16 Good Citizenship Values enshrined in the Philippine Constitution to guide the country’s voters in choosing the right leaders. These values have been launched by the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) as part of its Voter’s Education-Values Formation Program for the 2022 national elections. The values are grouped into four categories: MAKA-DIYOS (PRO-GOD), MAKA-TAO (PRO-HUMAN), MAKA-BAYAN (PRO-COUNTRY) and MAKA-KALIKASAN (PRO-ENVIRONMENT); and if we add up all of these, we have MAKA-PILIPINAS (PRO-PHILIPPINES).

Who we choose must live and uphold core values that defend and promote good morals in our society for that better future!

16 NA KATANGIAN, LAHAT KAILANGAN.
